poetry workshop / ages 4 -7
animal shapes
counting words

BACK
Meet the animals!
Look at their colours and patterns.
Look at their beards and tails.
Who has horns? What do they look like?
How many different shapes of ears and eyes can you see?
What noises are they making?
What would they say if they talk to you?

Cut out the animal templates and write some words and ideas about the animals inside the shapes. Move the animals around to see how your ideas change if they are put in a different order.
